We do not focus exclusively on one or two technology sectors; rather, we look across all sectors to find those companies with the management and market to achieve explosive growth. Via Funds III, II, and I, Wasatch has created value for investors through multiple M&A transactions and Initial Public Offerings.  We have the track record, experience and know-how to help direct our companies toward the right exit.

Wasatch is headquarted in Salt Lake City, Utah.  We prefer to invest in start-ups in the western United States where we have easy access to the company.  We are active investors and seek board seats in each investment we make.

Our limited partners include industry leaders in banking and professional services and pension funds.  These LPs add more than just their financial support, they provide strategic opportunities to our portfolio companies as well as support Wasatch's due diligence process.
